The last of our summer peaches have ripened with their
velvety skin, sweet fragrance & juicy flesh...
We have been enjoying them caramelised & served with
ice-cream on the warm summer nights.
Today I couldn't resist baking them in a peach galette...

ReplyDeleteUm, Kerry, would it be too much trouble to ship two or three of your divine-looking peach galettes to me--still warm, of course?; )
Wishing you a wonderful week,
Pat xoxo
