Long romantic hair, styled in a bouffant pompadour or chignon
Corsets
to create the perfect hourglass figure
Long dresses & skirts, cinched waist & pantaloons
An ephemeral beauty

Drinking and smoking in public not
allowed
Flappers
Short, black-dyed hair - bob, shingle or eaton cut
Waistlines dropped to the hipline & short skirts falling one inch below the
knee
No corsets & step-in underwear
Stockings - made of rayon & worn rolled over a garter belt
Beautiful bell-shaped hats
Rouge, powder, eye liner, and
lipstick
Casual dating, dancing, smoking & drinking in public

Here is a little tutorial for you to create your own gift card
using a few of my favourite images for you to print out & use

(personal use only please)
You will need -
•A4 sized white cardstock
•Background paper - pastel paper, thin watercolour paper or cardstock

(not too thick as you will be tearing the edges of this)
•Glue stick or double sided tape
•Cutting blade & ruler
•Cutting blade & ruler
•Ribbon
•Silver charms
Print out your images on the white cardstock.
You should be able to fit four per A4 piece of card.
Printed size of each is approximately 13cm x 8cm
Once printed, cut out using a cutting blade & ruler to ensure
you get nice straight edges...
If you want a more vintage look you can ink the edges at this stage!

Now it is time to tear your background paper to a slightly larger
size than your printed cards
Working on the reverse side, line up your ruler where you want to tear &
tear in an downward pulling motion...

Glue or tape your printed image to the centre of the background paper
Punch a hole in the top left corner, thread you ribbon through
your charm & then through your card...
